Gabby is an applied social scientist with expertise in Organizational Psychology, Cross-Cultural Applications, and Market Research. She holds a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University and an MS in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California. After her graduate internship at SCI, Gabby joined the team full time as Research Manager and Chief of Staff, overseeing projects across SCI’s various portfolios and working with the executive team on designing and implementing internal projects and processes. She is particularly interested in using data-driven best practices to cultivate a healthy and rewarding work culture that enhances both professional fulfillment and personal wellbeing for folks from all backgrounds. Gabby has two cats, named Miss Noodle Kugel and Mowgli, who love to join work calls at the worst possible times. If you tell Beth they’d make great mascots for SCI, Gabby will buy you a drink.
