Research Scientist

Dr. Leo Kleiman-Lynch is a social psychologist with expertise in how individual and contextual factors shape decision-making. At See Change, he contributes a combination of methodological and statistical expertise, as well as applied knowledge from behavioral science, to help tackle problems in the energy and healthcare domains. Leo holds a PhD from the University of California, San Diego, where his doctoral research explored traditional decision-making effects (e.g., default effects and framing effects) through a social lens. When not conducting research, Leo is most often found on a mountain bike or playing board games, though rarely at the same time.
